If you are attempting to import Headers, Footers or Single Blog Layouts then please make sure you are importing the JSON files within your Theme Builder Template and not importing to the Divi Library.
Importing to the Divi Library will not work.
For all other Sections or Layouts please make sure you're importing them directly into your Page either via drag-and-drop or via Divi's portability system.
Please refer to the documentation for detailed guides
If you use the WordFence Security plugin, please make sure you whitelist your website URL as this can sometimes blocks JSON uploads.
Finally, please check with your hosting provider if they have set any restrictions on uploading JSON files.
Do you have the plugin WordFence installed?
If so, that might be the cause of the JSON failing to import completely as WordFences' Firewall blocks the file.
The best option would be to temporarily disable WordFence and then try to upload the JSON to confirm if that's the cause.
If it is, then you'll need to try putting the WordFence Firewall into "Learning Mode" so that it can automatically apply the correct white listing settings. You can read more about how to do that here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
If you do not have WordFence installed and the JSON file still does not completely import, please check with your hosting provider if they have set any restrictions on uploading JSON files.
When Header Sections are imported into Divi, sometimes characters get added or removed from the Custom CSS Module included in each Header Section.
Please review this guide to resolve this issue.
The release of Divi v4.10.7 fixed a text-alignment bug which causes DiviWP Header drop-down menu items to be right-aligned.
The fix for this is very quick and super easy!
All you need to do is go to Menu Module Settings → Design → Menu Text → Scroll down to "Text Alignment" and make sure left-aligned is selected.
