TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Approved affiliates will earn 40% on all successful referrals.
Affiliate commissions are paid out using a third party service, which enables referral earnings to be sent directly to affiliates’ bank accounts or debit cards. This service supports processing payouts for affiliates in 31 different countries, and more than 130 currencies.
Referrals cannot be generated on your own purchases (this includes using a different email address).
We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download promotional materials for placement on your website for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting DiviWP. These promotional materials can be found in the “Creatives” section of your affiliate area.
We track affiliate sales automatically by the use of cookies. The cookies are placed in the browser of the user that clicks on the affiliate link to reach our website. Each cookie is stored for 60 days. DiviWP is not responsible for cookies deleted by users.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN AFFILIATE
You or DiviWP may terminate your affiliate status at any point.
Termination may occur for the following reasons:
- You link from inappropriate adverts or web copy (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- You promote DiviWP using spam methods (persistent mass email without opt-in, posting in social media groups where affiliate links are specifically discouraged, etc.)
- You advertising on sites which are inappropriate (any X-rated or adult sites, gambling sites etc)
- You claim intellectual property rights or falsely give that impression
- Your links are not displaying correctly and do not functionally link to DiviWP
